Festivity on a budget
Whether you love Christmas, hate it or don’t even celebrate it? There are plenty of things to do to feel festive this winter, but as a student its sometimes difficult to take part in all those festivities when on a budget.
Here are some top tips from your fellow students on being fun and festive whilst maintaining a budget:
Winter wonderland
London is an expensive place to get around especially when you’re on a student’s budget!!! Buying tickets in advance can make the price significantly cheaper, and if you carry around your student ID many places will give reduced prices for students. By looking on websites such as ‘groupon’, you can get deals on entry, rides and food etc… whilst you’re there!! In addition, our sixth form is offering a trip at a discounted price that will include your travel as well.
