GCSE MATHS AND ENGLISH NOVEMBER 2024 EXAMINATIONS AT THE BEDFORD SIXTH FORM
All students correctly enrolled on a GCSE Maths/English course by 20th September 2024 will be entered for the November GCSE Exams. Any student not fully enrolled by 20th September 2024 will not be entered for November but will have the opportunity to sit their GCSE exams in Summer 2025.
The deadline for GCSE November exam entry is very early in the new academic year. To ensure enrolment by 20th September and good preparation for the November exams learners must:
- Attend all classes
- Respond promptly to any requests for information/documentary evidence to support
- Respond promptly to requests for information/meetings regarding examination access arrangements. (Special Exam Arrangements cannot be accommodated in if they are not approved or if approval has expired)
Examination Access Arrangements – New Students
Students new to The Bedford Sixth Form who require exam access arrangements must inform the additional learning support team (if not already discussed at enrolment). Exam access arrangements are not automatically transferred from school to college and evidence may be required from previous schools.

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY
You can expect to receive confirmation of the entry to the November GCSE Exams by email and text by Friday 18 October 2024.
The exam dates will be:
English Paper 1 – Tuesday 5th November AM
Maths Paper 1 – Wednesday 6th November AM
English Paper 2 – Thursday 7th November AM
Maths Paper 2 – Friday 8th November AM
Maths Paper 3- Monday 11th November AM
